Submissions via our “Get a Quote” form or verbal estimates are preliminary and non-binding. A legally enforceable relationship is created only through a separate, signed Construction Agreement between the client and Hometown Contracting LLC.

Any warranties or service guarantees are exclusively governed by the written Construction Agreement. The Site makes no express or implied warranties of any kind.

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and our slogan Local Trust, National Standards™—is the property of Hometown Contracting LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws.
